Breathe Easy

A typical morning getting out of bed always set the pace and fate of your day.

Imagine just waking up. You are alive the first thing as my grandmother left this legacy for us is to bless yourself and give thanks to God for seeing a new day.

The roosters are crowing to the loudest, the flowers are opening up, the sun is peeping above the hills the sight is pure splendour. You can't resist you just have to get outside. The burst of fresh air that greets you makes you open your arms raising them --you think you can fly. You are caught in the moment but off in the distance somewhere someone coughs you are back to reality. In the dawn light someone is passing simultaneously 'Good-Morning' breaks the silence.

A new day is here.

God bless you Montserrat.
